We will show how small group station rotations benefit middle school students in the inclusion classroom. We will share data, helpful hints and strategies to set up your classroom to help students be successful. Information will be shared in a rotation style classroom setting.
This isn’t a sit-and-get presentation—it’s a hands-on development lab. Bring your laptops, your data files, and your pre-planned blueprints for building-level operational improvement. This workshop is entirely dedicated to helping leadership teams build custom, functional AI workspaces using NotebookLM’s RAG capabilities. Technical support will be in the room to help you troubleshoot and optimize, but you supply the vision and the documents. Leave the session with a fully functioning, secure knowledge hub tailored to your school's exact operational needs.
Session Requirements & Expectations: Come Ready to Build: Teams must arrive with a clear plan/goal for the operational workflow they want to improve. Bring Your Assets: Have all necessary files (PDFs, spreadsheets, policy docs) ready on your laptops or GDrive. Expert Support on Hand: Technical support will be fully available to guide your deployment, map data, and maximize the tool's output."

This session is for teachers and staff who would like to have a better understanding of 504s. Presentation will include: 504 background information, Evaluation process, Teacher actions, Real accommodations and how to implement them within a classroom setting. We can also discuss any other questions or concerns you may have with regard to 504 students or how to refer a student.
If you are a 504 coordinator you are welcome to attend, but we will have a 504 training specifically for you later in the school year.
I have been the school counselor at Pinehurst Elementary going on 13 years. I have been the MCS 504 lead for the past few years and have presented 504 training to our 504 Coordinators. I am happy to assist all MCS staff in understanding how to help support every student.
